This is a very important proposal that will affect our community. At the very least we are entitled to an opportunity to ask questions and explore the possible ramifications, negative and positive, of such a plant operating in our neighbourhood. Given the social distancing requirements imposed as a result of the Covid 19 outbreak, we will not have the chance to voice our concerns, ask questions, have our voices heard or have the opportunity for the positive impact of this proposal unless the decision is delayed until after we have a chance to meet as a community. I am sure that this decision can wait until at least until we have had a chance to have a public hearing/discussion. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
