The idea of going digital…

The idea of going digital sounds great, it would reduce paperwork, and the filing and storage of the paperwork.
In theroy I welcome the change and like the idea. But sadly I'm certain the fees and manifest charges will go up.
Also I'm worried the online digital reporting process will not work as easily as it sounds.
Based on past experience with Provincial Government websites, they do not tend to be very user friendly.
Hopefully it does actually work well and is user friendly, the fees and manifest charges do not increase, especially since it's all going to be digital, the fees shouldn't go up. If so, it would be a welcome change.
I hope my fears over complications and fee increases do not come to pass and it actually turns out to be a great change.
