HWIN could really use a feature that notifies the account administrator when there are fees added/due to the account. I am the account admin for my company and often am not told when waste is taken away so I do not know to check the account, if I don't think of logging in once and a while to check fees can go months without payment. I have set myself a calendar reminder to check monthly but if this was built in with email reminders it would be very good.
