First of all, that is an excellent initiative and I cannot wait to start using it. Congratulations!!

I have commented below only some of the questions from the paper and I hope it can be useful. If any further information or explanation is required, I will be more than happy to provide.

**Generators must maintain records of all data, analysis, and other information used to register subject waste. Now that businesses are moving digital, should we allow supporting records (e.g. data, analysis and other supporting information used in the preparation of the Generator Registration Report) to be kept electronically? Are paper copies needed? It would be great to keep all records available electronically and eliminate paper copies permanently.

**Will the reporting service suffice as the record or will the generator also need to store this? If the reporting service record are trustworthy, it suffices. If not, it needs to have a resource to allow users to download the information for archive.

**How long should we maintain records of active manifests in the reporting service? At least 5 years.

**How would you like to access electronic manifests in the reporting service if there is no longer a paper copy to file? Both pdf and excel

**How can we improve reporting of estimates and actual shipped quantities of subject waste? Providing guidance and conversion factors (such as the densities of most the common wastes) for conversion from volume to mass, for example.

**Should the ministry allow different forms of shipped quantity to be reported? Yes, it should have a variable range of options based on the nature of the wastes.

**What other system features would you like to see in the new reporting service?
1) It is very important for the generator track the waste until the destination facility. How is it going to be possible using only the online resource? How the receiver will acknowledge the treatment/destination of the waste and the quantity?
2) Also, online support is needed, like chat or email, that can answer very fast any kind of question and solve any kind of problem.
