Four key areas for action #4 focusing in on water bottling facilities turns a blind eye to other producers of products that take large volumes of water. Rather then singling out water bottling, the goal should address all facilities including soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, livestock farms, golf courses, etc, etc, etc.
