Re: Exempting the Ministry of Transportation from the Environmental Assessment Act
Comment:
I believe it is necessary for the Ministry of Transportation to respect and adhere to appropriate consultation occurrence procedures. These procedures have developed as legal requirements.
As well, the protection of the environment remains a priority for balance and on-going viability.
