We have done enough harm to the wildlife with new housing developments l, displacing many species. If the hawks adapted to they new environment are are flourishing then it means they have an abundant food source which are mainly small rodents.
Take the hawks away and you will take away a valuable function they serve which may result in excessive rodent population which is far less desirable.
Nobody needs falconry in these days. We are not living in medieval times.
