I have a family member who has been a falconer for many years. I have read the amendment to the Wildtake program and I can see why the wildtake draw does not have many benefits to the falconers. The four species that are allowed are very common, so I agree with allowing falconers to catch a new bird every year, as I also understand that it benefits the birds of prey through their first year.
