Have you ever travelled to Wolf Lake via canoe, observed and stood in it's magnificent beauty??? Why do we continue to embark down this road of resource extraction, denigration of natural scenic and environmentally sensitive geography, particularly in an old growth forest situated on the Canadian Shield in a provincial Park. The genetics of old growth pine forests are critical for future forests survival and the wildlife that inhabits such ecosystem.

For whose gain to we taketh other than leave our future generations with nothing but so-called systematic dismantling of an ecosystem, drill sites, excavation of rock, impact of heavy equipment with the broken promise of rehabilitation of a decontaminated site that can never be restored to what was once there! Are we out of our minds???

Has not COVID -19 and the worldwide pandemic taught us nothing about the necessity to protect and preserve our natural places, spaces, wildlife - flora and fauna and the quality/quantity of clean air, water and land for our children and the world. Stop thinking about financial gain because if we do not have a healthy environment, the health of our people is highly compromised, leaving nothing for tomorrow.

This permit to Flag Resources should not be approved nor mining exploration @ Wolf Lake, in any provincial Park nor within the Temagami watershed. Get in a canoe and find out why!
