My friend and colleage is a Falconer. Falconers have played an important role in the management of bird damage in grape crops on our farm. I think it is important that Bird of Prey conservation is allowing more falconers to have access to wild birds encouraging more active conservation.
There is no reason to think The MNRF won’t be successful in Ontario by adopting an approach that has been used successfully in other provinces and U.S. states.
