I am a hopeful falconry apprentice. These changes would greatly help my dreams come true. It has also been shown that hawks get a better chance at surviving if they are captured as passage hawks and cared for. Please make these changes. Falconry is a rare sport/hobby, give those who are willing to take on this challenging task a better chance of success.
