To Whom it May Concern:
I've been a Falconer in Wisconsin for over 20 years and a Member of NAFA (North American Falconry Association) and the Wisconsin Falconry Association. During that time I have met and Flew Hawks with many people. NEVER have I met one person that didn't hold the Hawks in reverence ...
They actually provide a buffer for an inexperienced Passage Hawk (1st yr) in teaching and aiding its attempt to learn how to hunt and survive.
By extending the Hawks available to Falconers increases the oversight for additional birds, and their potential survival.
Thank You for your Consideration in the Welfare of Birds of Prey.
