Hello; I would like to comment on the, Proposal to expand the live capture of wild raptors (birds of prey) by licensed falconers.
I am a USA citizen and falconer.
We participate with Canada under the; Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA).
I DO NOT, see any unreasonable efforts by Canadian falconers and applaud the Canadian Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, for presenting this improvement.
I hope this improvement passes favorably.
