Being an avid raptor watcher in my local area, I am aware poignantly when they are imperiled.
Because of multiple hazards with suburban planning for highrises and more opportunity for avian mortality due to other hazards beyond capture, it seems to me that we should not make changes, particularly increases, at this time.
