My father and some of his friends have been falconers for over 40 years. I have grown up watching my father and his colleagues raise, train, and bring these birds back to health when needed. The time, care, and dedication these falconers have for these birds is second to none. The current program has proven to be successful. I am fully supportive of the proposal and agree it should be expanded.
