I am very concerned about…

I am very concerned about the lack of data presented to support the assertion that the populations of these species is currently stable in Ontario (in fact data from Hawkwatch sites indicates that there is a consistent decline) and there is no data presented to show that the increase in numbers captured per year will not result in a decline in the breeding population. For this reason I am requesting that this proposal be delayed to allow time for the data to be collected and analyzed scientifically to show that there will be no harm to the wild population before resubmitting the proposal with the data available to the public.
