As someone who has taken my first steps to becoming a falconer.
I like this proposal because it will help me/new falconers learn and experience more in their first year. From what I’ve witnessed and read a wild bird from the wild is the greatest way to learn. Also a cheaper way. The draw is kinda a deterrent for most it seems. If they don’t draw a wild take but still want a bird they are forced to spend a lot of money to get a bird from a breeder.
I think this is a good way for all falconers to enjoy the sport more and also to Help conserve the sport of falconry.
