Waste weight, recycling weight, and diversion rate (%) need to be tracked, both in baseline years (eg 2020 and prior) and once the new program is implemented - these metrics need to be publicly shared to ensure the program is working as intended. Once a sufficient baseline is established there should be waste weight, recycling weight, and diversion rate goals.
