It seems as if the Government of Ontario is attempting to get out of the responsibility of recycling. What a messy situation to expect private companies to collect our garbage. Also taxpayers will not save money as the private companies who are responsible for recycling collection will pass all this back to the consumer. This seems a way for this Government to lose responsibility in this undertaking.
