I think it is wonderful to finalise put the responsibility back where it should be, in the hands of producers.
As an eco conscious person I have struggled with the recycling programs and what is and is not accepted into blue boxes and try very hard to reuse and repurpose what packaging I can.
The idea that now it will be the mass produced who have to worry about their OWN actions is a serious blessings onto our province
