As a Risk Management Official, I have the following comments on the following proposed changes:
1. Handling and Storage of Salt:
- the proposed threshold of 20 kg to be a significant drinking water threat may be difficult to implement, as that amount of salt may be incidental and transitory (i.e. there one week and not the next).
2. Storage of Snow
- the size threshold is not clear (could roadways and long driveways be considered snow storage under the proposed updates?
