I respectfully request a change in the Proposed Permissions Framework exemption (O.Reg. 524/98) for EN 303-5 Class 5 equipment through the elimination of the 50kW lower output threshold, effectively exempting the same class of units with thermal output of 150kW or less. Such removal would achieve the same objective of the proposed framework for best-available-technology microCHP units with thermal output both above and below 50kW. This change would create a parallel, but distinct exemption paths for CSA B415 certified units and EN 303-5 certified units.
