This proposal as it now stands is unacceptable and should not even be considered. The proximity of this plant to residential areas, as well as schools, recreational sports facilities, parks, should be reason enough to reject it. Stoney Creek/Winona is a growing community with many young families moving in. This is definitely not the area to be taking such environmental risks which can have long term health risks for the residents (both young and old) of the surrounding area. I hope you will reconsider this proposal.
