City of Brantford Comments – ER Posting # 019-2579
In response to the ER Notice posting # 019-2579, regarding the draft legislation to make producers of designated recyclable materials responsible for the operation of a provincial wide blue box program as issued by the MECP on October 19, 2020, the City of Brantford submits the comments contained in the supporting documents as outlined in the recommendations contained within report number 2020-534 to City Council on November 24, 2020.
