Hellow,
Could you please provide clarification on the following:
1. For clarification, does the definition of consumer also exclude a person who obtains blue box material for a home business?
2. For clarification, does the definition of paper include paper sold as product, in addition to the examples given (i.e. newspapers, magazines)? For reference, the Stewardship Ontario program currently does not include paper sold as product (such as purchased calendars, envelopes, greeting cards, note books, daily planners).
