This proposal is a strong move in a positive direction. It will benefit all stakeholders including regulatory bodies and all affected landowners and municipalities. More efficient processes and quicker turnarounds will save costs and allow for quicker responses that can enhance the environment by being able to implement works in accordance with the current and future legislation.
