This is one of the worst proposals. Species at risk need to be protected, this is why they are considered at risk. Allowing anyone to pay into a fund does nothing to protect the species. At this rate we will lose everything. Already we have lost so many species, and habitat is vital for their survival. They need to be protected not destroyed in return for a payment. This change must not be made.
