Odours from asphalt…

Odours from asphalt production and transportation continue to collect at my home under certain recurring wind and temperature conditions. The odour is not just being observed it is rather pungent when present. It is ridiculous that an expansion is being considered before this odour problem has been 100% resolved. Approval is being sought to add both an additional silo and storage tank and therefore more production is being implied. The amendment should not be allowed until this issue has been fully resolved and it has not. It seems irresponsible to consider an expansion in production capacity when the emissions from production is neighbouring a concentration of homes and some areas suffer further off gases of this product from its frequent transportation through suburban areas.
