The enhanced authority allows the Minister to:
"make amendments to Minister’s Zoning Orders that use any of these enhanced authorities without first giving public notice."
Ummmmm are we not living in a democracy? WHY do you think the public will be fine with us being left out of decision making?
Forco has a LOT to answer for with gutting Conservation Authorities with Schedule 6 in Bill 229, with Bill 197, and the fact that all your donors are developers.
