I am very concerned that the Minister's Zoning Order is bypassing municipalities' site plan control process for development. And removing the requirement of public notice when using this power. The City needs to control the technical and important details of a proposed development to ensure the site is properly designed. This planning is ignoring City Council and City planning and ignoring public input.
