The foundry should be used as a art centre and work space for youths and struggling artists. Also as a museum and gallery space for artists. Also create loft space for artists. We have a lot of affordable housing in the area all ready. We need more green space and less tall building which is a cause of concern with the issue of density which we saw with covid 19. I Harlem, the bronx and Brooklyn there was a lot of covid deaths due to the close density of living and people being in close contact with each other. Queen street between Sherbourne and River there are a lot of space there where we can build affordable housing. I hope this suggestion will be taken seriously with othervcommunity input.
