Absolutely not acceptable! This Government has ignored the people, local councillors and MP’s of this Province regarding the historical designation of the Foundry site here in Toronto.
Ontario Judge David Corbett RULED AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT and stopped them from destroying the historic Foundry site.
So no, they SHOULD NOT have further power as they clearly abuse the power they already have. If anything they should be stripped of their powers.
