I strongly oppose schedule 3 in Bill 257. Passing this Bill will mean no public consultation and free reign to build on any land, whether environmentallly sensitive, protected, or not.
Land use and planning of developments have direct impact on people’s lives and their consequences last for centuries. It looks is something to be done lightly without robust public consultation.
