I have grave concerns about MZOs taking away the careful zoning and planning done on the municipal level. It shows disrespect toward local communities and their municipal governments. Furthermore, using MZOs to change zoning bylaws to bulldoze over protected wetlands and the greenbelt is unacceptable. I am very disappointed in the Ford government.
