EBR Registry Number 013-0968 – Growth Plan Agricultural System. City of Kawartha Lakes comments: Existing areas within the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan have been designated as “Prime Agricultural” on Schedule 3 of Amendment No. 104 to the Victoria County Official Plan, now City of Kawartha Lakes Official Plan – mapping on EBR should be updated to reflect existing designated areas.
LEAR mapping layer should be provided to the municipality to assist with identifying whether additional lands should be part of the prime agricultural designation, or rural lands within the agricultural system.
