From the definition it seems that even Industrial paints and coating products will be included in the program, is that correct?
Do empty paint cans/aerosols come under blue box program and also under HSP program?
We need to know if this program is applicable for residential users only and or even Industrial customers fall into this program
Under the new regulation, is the Eco fee for Ontario visible? Can we show Eco fee in the invoices. Are the Eco fees or HSP fee going to be standard?
All the other requirements Producer agreements, Management of products, Education of the program via Ads etc, reporting to RRCEA will this be take care by Product Care? (as a PRO)
Will 3 years sales history be required or will weights of every product along with 3-year sales history be required. Currently our company does not have systems in place to calculate weight of the products
Do we have to pay annual registration fee to RRCEA? Do you know the tentative fees?
