Own the supply chain opportunity - it should be priority number one. We need to turn Ontario into a refining centre of excellence in addition to its massive mineral deposits. To truly unlock the value we are endowed with, create meaningful employment, and build competitive global companies, Ontario needs to grow from an exporter of raw materials into a refiner of the materials harvested within our borders.

That means investments in infrastructure, faster regulatory approvals, and attracting large industry to invest in our jurisdictions, as well as research and new technologies/innovations.

All the other initiatives and partnerships flow from this one opportunity. Make it number one.
