The approval and subsequent installation and operation of this business' application to turn a property that is adjacent to 6995 Falconbridge Drive into an open-air sewage disposal property is absolutely and vehemently unacceptable.
The owners of the 6995 Falconbridge Drive property have recently invested tens of thousands of dollars into a structure on their property. They operate their business from that property, currently have 2 small children they are raising there and have plans to tear down their current home to build their dream home this year.
They have every intention of staying on this property forever, however Dwayne Wilson and his extremely unwanted sewage business threatens hundreds of thousands of dollars in property loss.
I wish to express an absolute, deep and undying resistance to the approval of this proposal.
The property owners are arranging to have their property assessed by multiple, independent parties and if this proposal is approved, will be seeking litigious damages from both Dwayne Wilson's business as well as the ministry for any and all property value loss, due to the woefully inept notification and consultation with the effected, adjacent property owners.
The community will also be notified by ourselves and invited to protest this application, as well.
Dwayne's business is registered in Glencoe. I insist he keeps his waste in his own backyard. Why should he be allowed to literally dump sewage all over another community, then leave and go back to his clean home?
