These proposed regulatory changes undermine conservation areas at a time when covid has demonstrated the importance of CAs for mental health and education and so much more. Restricting mandate in such a way as to lose parking (therefore access for people) and additional amenities such as washroom. Education centres, museums etc is a measurable loss to our community and short sighted management. Thank you
