My name is Lisa and I am a resident of the municipality of Neebing, near Thunder Bay. I really do feel that municipalities do need to have mandatory funding of these conservation areas. Without the mandatory funding there would not be reliable funding for these beautiful conservation areas and they are vital to our communities. I for one am happy to have my tax dollars go to funding them.
