Companies like Nestle and Coca Cola, and now Blue Triton, who have, or are planning to take massive amounts of water are not good corporate citizens and should not be allowed to ride rough shod over local people and bottle water for profit. Bottled water is terrible for the environment and contributes to plastic waste. These companies only care about profit and care nothing for the health of the communities they exploit. Ontario should be protecting the rights of its citizens and working to improve the access to clean water for First Nations peoples not selling out to corporate greed. Water shortages are becoming a major problem through climate change. Ontario should be taking this seriously. This is just the same Nestle corporate greed with a new name.
