Canadian bottled water exports to the U.S. had increased by 383 per cent in eight years. Climate breakdown is presenting a number of cascading effects, including massive threats to forest health. We have no reason to believe the systems that have sustained these watersheds in SW Ontario for thousands of years can be relied upon as they have in the past to just endlessly provide water at commercial extraction rates, and ALL fresh water resources at this late stage of ecological destruction and over-domestication of the planet ought to be protected for the seven generations yet to come. Any decision that does not include future rights to water is sociopathic.
