Why would you issue a permit to Blue Triton when there is an allegation from the State of California that Blue Triton (previously Nestle) has been illegally diverting water for its own benefit for years. Would it not be prudent to refuse a permit to Blue Triton at least until the allegations in California have been heard and a decision has been made on whether Blue Triton/Nestle has been stealing water in California? I urge you to refuse the water permit at least until the allegations in California are heard or dealt with.
