As someone who lives less than 3km's from this location we would be substancially impacted by this proposal for a sewage site near our home. Not only would the smell alone affect our ability to enjoy our property with our family (which is generally why people move to the country to enjoy their outdoor space), but it would also significantly affect our property values in the future. I can't imagine many people are lining up to buy property's next to a sewage disposal site. We are also concerned about the environmental effects long term of this sewage and chemical seeping into the ground so close to homes. We are all on points and well water in that area. Our family is very much against this proposal, we would seriously considering moving out of the area if this were to go through.
