• Various issues related to Provincial policy have not been appropriately addressed and recommended policies and MTSA boundaries are not justified and require modifications as set out in our detailed submissions.
• Lack of consideration for justified and needed employment conversions for this first phase of the Region’s MCR and modifications are required as set out in our detailed submissions.
