I think the new Vehicle Inspection program is longer overdue and I think the idea combining the PMVCI with the Emission test is great!
Question:
Will the new PMCVI and Emission Inspection have to correspond with the permit / plate renewal timeline or will there be a time period (grace period) allowed between these two events?
