I believe there may be an error in the notice posted.
Source 1 is stated to have a maximum volume water taking of 125 litres per day. Source 2 is stated to have a maximum volume water taking of 250 litres per day and Source 3 is stated to have a maximum volume water taking of 125 litres per day, of which doesn't reach the 50,000L/day threshold.
