I am a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the Province of Ontario and have concerns about this water taking proposal and the materials that Lafarge has submitted. As you know we do not take water taking in Ontario lightly. I would like the opportunity to peer review the materials that Lafarge has submitted for this proposal prior to any decision being made by the Ministry.
