P. 4. Sched. 10 Proposed Changes to the Environmental Assessment Act. If we are amending this act, I think the Act should restrict development on any potential flood plains.
p.40 Repeal of the Toronto Atmospheric Fund. This fund and its work should be rolled into another department if possible due the large amount of federal funding that has been committed.
