I am fully in support of the creation of a reserve along the south shore of Prince Edward County, at Point Petre Provincial Wildlife Area and Ostrander Point Crown Land Block. I do not want to see uses allowed on this property that would threaten the values of the conservation reserve.
I have researched the wildlife, birds, lepidoptera on these properties and they are many species which are endemic to the area. The creation of the reserve should ensure these species are not threatened and that they are protected for the future.
